Duplex Modernized Apartments

This project's goal was to transform create high-end residences for short term stays that attract executives here on temporary assignment or looking to purchase a local and permanent home. The project transformed a 100+ year old duplex into modern luxury apartments. The project involved creating open floor plans, renew or replace oak flooring throughout, expand and modernize kitchens, remodel bathrooms, and build in-unit laundry facilities. These apartments are tailored for renters seeking sophistication and comfort.
