From Deteriorating to Exceptional

A stunning full design and renovation of a 100+ year-old duplex rental house showing significant age-related deterioration. This project included critical aspects of the exterior including rebuilding the two stall detached garage, replacing the slate roof, new porches on the front, revitalized aluminum siding, 60+ new windows and a new driveway. The property was renovated to make a unique offering in the area for executives visiting for business on short term stays.
